1:1 Guided Meditation

Meditation is believed to date back as far as 5000 BCE, with its earliest roots in India. From there, it spread across the Far East and eventually into cultures all around the world.

Today, meditation is practiced in many traditions and religions—including Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Sufism, and beyond.

There are many different forms of meditation. Some examples include gazing meditation, mantra meditation, mindfulness, and chanting practices. There are also more physical expressions such as yoga and breathwork.

Throughout my life, I have explored different types of meditation—for setting myself up for the day, deepening my awareness, and strengthening my connection to my higher self and intuition. I have also found meditation to be an invaluable support for my mental health, particularly in helping me manage anxiety.

After experiencing so many positive things from my personal practise, in 2017 I decided to become certified in Guided Meditation to be able to assist others.

Research has shown some of the benefits that we get from meditation are increased awareness, lower stress levels, a calmer state of mind and an increase in productivity and creativity. We can also use guided meditation and imagery to assist with releasing old habits and clearing energy blockages within the body and setting powerful intentions.

What is guided meditation?

Guided Meditation is a form of meditation that is led or guided with words and visualisations. During a 1:1 session we will begin by connecting to our breath, our bodies and the space around us. We will take a moment for gratitude to open up our hearts. I will then take you on a guided imagery journey through nature and colour visualisations. A blissfully relaxing experience to assist you to reset and realign with your best self.
