Crystal Sound

Sound has been used throughout the world for thousands of years to support healing, sacred rituals, and overall well-being. Tibetan and Himalayan bowls, commonly associated with Nepal, Eastern India, and Tibet, are one example. Drumming has also been central to sacred practices for thousands of years in places such as Africa, Ancient Greece, and Ancient China. These are just a few of the many magnificent examples.

The human voice has also long been used for energetic realignment with vocal toning believed to have been practised in Ancient Egypt, overtone chanting in Tibet, and mantra meditation in places such as India and China.

I have been working with sound since 2019 when I came into alignment with my own set of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls™ 

Each bowl was chosen intuitively by myself and later blessed during a sacred ritual.

I had my first experience of a sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls in 2015 and I was completely blown away by how powerful the bowls were at assisting with realignment and clearing energy blockages within my body. I made sure to attend regular crystal bowl sound baths as often as I could, as after every event I felt completely at peace and clear within my mind. I also slept so well each and every time after I attended one.

A few years later I was so excited and grateful to be able to start building my own set of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and to be able to share this beautiful experience with others.

Each bowl is unique and is made from a base of the highest-grade Quartz Crystal that is guaranteed to be 99.992% pure. They are infused with precious gemstones, sacred earth, metals and minerals in a unique and patented 4,000ºF fusion process in Utah, USA.

The sounds and frequencies produced by each bowl creates deep relaxation and energetic alignment within our mind and body.

I have been incorporating the bowls with guided imagery and meditation and crystal workshops. One of my favourite events I have held so far was an Aphrodite Sound Gathering. We connected to the energy of Aphrodite to explore and open up our hearts with magical pieces of Rose Quartz and Aquamarine to enhance our journeys further.
